My friend Pam lives in Georgia.  She has mad talents.  She painted the mug below with an image of Quest.  The photo she used is below this image.  Pretty amazing huh?

Quest

Today Quest would have been 27.  I miss this guy. He was very special to me and 

I am still very happy for the 15 years we shared together.  

Sooooo...Happy Birthday Quest!  

You lucked out...I can't sing to you on video.  

One of the most amazing horses ever...

Everyone who knows me, knows that Quest was my Soul Horse...he left me suddenly in 2007 and I was pretty confident that there would never be a horse that could occupy the same space in my heart.  Then there was Buddy.  He is VERY special...and is pretty damn close to giving Quest's heart occupancy a run for its money.  I think Quest would be okay with it...I really do.  

Miss You Like Crazy

There will never be a horse like Quest. He was that special and I miss him terribly. Today marks the 5th anniversary of his death and I have to tell you I sure hope there comes a time when this day won't be so damn hard for me.

(on a side note…I finally sent away some of Quest's tail hair to have a bracelet made. If you think that is strange, there is nothing I can say to make it un-strange.  It was a bond that I just can not explain.)
