My favorite vantage point. Cheech is such a great trail companion.

Pretty Pretty Pretty Boy
Bet you thought I was gonna blog about Mark...my pretty boy. Or perhaps Buddy? My other pretty boy. NOPE...it's about Pretty Boy Reservoir. This is my favorite time of year to trail ride at Pretty Boy. The Fall colors are breath taking. All this loveliness...for free.

Certified!
Yesterday I completed the final step to receive my EAGALA certification. It's official...I am certified.
Each morning as I was driving to the farm where the classes were held I reflected on this work and how strongly I feel about the modality. Because I had to leave very early in the morning to arrive on time, I was treated to a lovely sunrise on each of the days. Breath taking. It sort of brought it all to light for me. I'm so excited about what the future holds.

Hangin' Out with His New Big Brother
Frankie is trying really hard to fit in. Sometimes he sneaks in close when his other housemates are asleep...and then begs me to take his picture. I cave every time. How can I not?

Hangin' Out with Mr. Mark
Or it could also be hangin' out with Mr. Frankie. Either way these boys are both incredibly smoochable.

The Road to Home
My new job has a much shorter commute...and I LOVE it. I love my new job too, but that is another post. My new commute brings me down my road from a different direction...and it is absolutely gorgeous. Don't you agree? (I love my little dirt road so much.)

A new addition
Seems we are on a schedule...just about every two years or so we get a kitten dumped at our farm. We are suckers...'cause we keep them. This little guy warmed our hearts and has quickly fit in with the rest of the crew. Once he's big enough, we will transition him to being a barn cat. For now, his main job is entertaining Mark and me and keeping our other cats on their toes. Introducing...Frankie!

Seat warmer
You know how those fancy cars have heated seats? Who needs 'em? We have our very own seat warmer...and he didn't cost us a thing. Thanks Diesel.

Billy in a Basket
Here we go again..we have Billy in a Bag, Billy in a Box and now...drum roll please...
Billy in a basket. I think we need to see if we can catch Billy in a Bucket.

A welcomed guest
I know there are several people who would freak out at this little guy, but here at Meadow Creek we LOVE praying mantises...or is that praying mantii? Hmmmm. They eat annoying bugs and just may be the reason we have not seen a large stink bug invasion. I can't thank him enough.

Sexy Seti Spaghetti
Gheez! It's a curse. Aliteration out the wazzoo. But really...isn't Seti just the most gorgeous momma you've ever seen? She will turn 28 this coming April. I don't think Seti looks a day over 10. Don't you agree?

Picture Perfect Postcard
There I go again showing off my aliteration skills. Skill and ability. Skillability. Nice.
This image takes my breath away. I just love my life...my farm...my horses. (and Mark)

Cinnamon Bun Billy
Doesn't he look like a scrumptious little cinnamon bun all curled up on our couch? Hmmmmm...maybe I need to eat something. My mind is playing tricks on me.
